CULTURAL IMMERSION

What good is a beautiful place without its people? At Eastern Odyssey, we believe that people and their cultures, traditions, languages, cuisines, and religions make tha place.

Our cultural immersion tours are designed to introduce travellers to an authentic, unaltered, visceral Eastern India – in all its beauty, glory and flaws. Learn, experience and get lost in the heart and soul of Eastern India.

These cultural immersion journeys are truly an adventure. They won't feature five-star hotels (there are none) and luxury services; they are, instead, those rare and singular journeys that offer a luxury of experience. You will likely be one of the few or the only travellers in sight; you will encounter authentic tribal villages and their folk, most of which still live as simply today as their predecessors have for centuries.
